Week 4: Red Means STOP

I LOVE to eat…. most times I’m not even hungry. But, I’ve got a brand new self-control System in place! My little red circles and I are ALL OVER this makin’ the change thing. Each time I walk toward food I notice red. Red means stop and think. Is this food choice or more food bites supporting the person I aspire to become? If it’s a YES then I continue toward the food. NO is supported by circles. Circles embrace me and say ”Excellent job, Miriam! You made a good choice. You’re doing the hard work of creating new thoughts, neuro connections and here’s a BIG HUG!“ Circles are hugs. Happy peptides shoot through my body, giving me a happy high and letting me know I’m on the right path. GO RED!!
